Kelly Kemp

Children's Choir Coordinator

Originally from Southeastern Pennsylvania, Kelly grew up in a United Methodist church.  It was there that she realized her love of singing and working with children.  Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts in music degree from Furman University and her Master's in Education from Converse College.  After teaching students with special needs in Alabama and North Carolina, Kelly enjoyed a successful eight-year tenure here at the Westminster Weekday School as a lead teacher in the three-year-old program.  She has served as chair of WPC's New Member Assimilation Committee, co-chair of VBS, Cherub Choir director, preschool and elementary school Sunday School teacher, and frequently helps lead worship as a soloist or participant in the Sanctuary and Chancel Choirs and as a ringer in the Westminster Bells.
