Thank you for being involved in nursery/preschool care at Westminster.  Please take a moment to complete the form below as your information will help generate a schedule for September 12, 2010 through December 5, 2010.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Director of Nurseries, Mark Lindahl.

Volunteers are needed for both the 9:00 and 11:15 services (includes the 10:00 hour). Please indicate if you would like to be considered for the 9:00 service.

Please select the room(s) you are willing to serve in. At a minimum, select the room(s) in which your child(ren) attend and then other rooms that you are interested in. There is always extra need in the crib, crawler and toddler rooms.
