Thursday Morning Bible Study

For the past twenty years, a group of Westminster members has gathered on Thursday mornings to take an in-depth look at books in the Bible.  Using a historical-critical method of Bible study, the ancient stories have come alive and challenged us to deeper discipleship.  Meeting from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. each Thursday, this discussion group, led by Parish Associate for Adult Education Jean Weaver, welcomes newcomers and long-time participants.  We began a study of Galatians this fall.  Room: Charter

Mom's Study and Fellowship

All moms, who are looking for a place to share, laugh, discuss, and gain support from other Christian moms, are invited to the Mom's Study and Fellowship, led by Jean Weaver.  The group will meet on Wednesdays, beginning on February 8, at 9:15 a.m. and will use the book First Comes Love, Then Comes Money.  Two major topics in the Bible are love and  money.  How do we make sense of what the Bible tells us about these, and how do we put good Christian and good financial practices to use in the midst of the raising a family?  Childcare will be available.  Call the church office to sign up.  Room: Charter
